During my career, I have attempted to broaden my musical spectrum by recording several CDs, making a music video, currently penning my memoirs (Erich Graf--Musician, Flutist, Advocate) and, pursuing my musical passions by copyrighting and publishing several works written by Ricklen Nobis, my long-time keyboard collaborator. Another recent preoccupation that classical musicians may find odd is my love for Rock&Roll--especially as exemplified by the guilessly brilliant musicianship of Elvis Presley. He was the master of the phrase. Herein also are some of my favorite rock and roll tunes which I have arranged for flute and piano (with the assistance of keyboardist Steven Keen). Please contact erich@erichgraf.com for more information.

Please browse my shop, and if you'd like, you may purchase (see below). Cds and memoirs are also available via electronic download at www.amazon.com by searching for the item name. Selected sheet music is also available by download.

ROCK & ROLL ARRANGEMENTS

Flute/Piano score of the Rock & Roll classic "Hound Dog". Elvis Presley crooned this tune to a basset hound on the Steve Allen Television Show at the Hudson Theater in NYC on July 1st 1956. Contact erich@erichgraf.com for further information.
Flute/Piano score of "That's All Right, Mama". It was recorded by Elvis Presley in 1954 and was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 representing the birth of Rock & Roll. Contact erich@erichgraf.com for further information.
Flute/Piano score of "Love Me Tender". It was the age of minstrel shows, which featured jaunty, upbeat songs. The tune "Aura Lee", with words by lyricist William Whiteman Fosdick, became very popular. It was a simple sentimental ballad with the highly traditional theme of a beautiful young woman with shining hair. Some years later, the song was re-titled "Love Me Tender" and became a classic amongst folk ballads. Contact erich@erichgraf.com for further information.
